Refund policy

1. Returns

We accept returns for most accessories within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unmarked, and in original packaging (including all seals, stickers, and inserts).

  • No visible signs of installation, wear, or tampering.

  • Original receipt or proof of purchase required.

Condition-specific rules:

Screen protectors & tempered glass Unopened only – no returns if seal is broken (hygiene/installation reasons)
Earphones, earbuds, headsets Unopened only – final sale if packaging opened
Chargers, cables, power banks Can be returned opened only if faulty – not for wrong colour/size
Phone cases Can be returned if unused and unworn (try on over protective film if possible)
Car mounts, selfie sticks, tripods Can be returned opened if completely undamaged
Pop sockets, grips, stickers Final sale (adhesive items cannot be resold)

2. Refunds

After inspection, approved refunds are processed within [5–10 business days] to original payment method.

Partial refunds apply if:

  • Packaging is damaged or missing

  • Item shows minor signs of test-fitting (e.g., case stretched slightly)

  • Original price tag or barcode is removed

No refund in these cases:

  • Wrong fit (customer bought wrong phone model case) – exchange only, no cash refund

  • Screen protector installed incorrectly (bubbles, dust, misalignment)

  • Cosmetic preference (colour looks different in person than online)

  • Damage caused by customer (scratched case, bent cable, water damage to power bank)

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong phone model – within 7 days, unused item, pay any price difference

  • Defective item – within 30 days (identical replacement only)

  • Change of mind – store credit only (no cash refund), within 14 days

4. Faulty / DOA (Dead on Arrival) Accessories

If an accessory is faulty out of the box (e.g., charger not working, cable no connection, power bank won't charge):

  • Within 7 days: Full refund or replacement

  • 8–30 days: Replacement only (identical item)

  • Beyond 30 days: Warranty claim (see below)

Testing: We will test the item in-store with our equipment before approving a replacement.

5. Warranty Coverage (by product type)

Phone cases Nil (wear & tear) No warranty for stretching, yellowing, or peeling
Screen protectors Nil (consumable) No warranty for bubbles, cracks, or improper installation
Car mounts 3 months Broken clamp or suction cup defect

Warranty exclusions:

  • Physical damage, liquid damage, fire, misuse

  • Normal wear (e.g., cable fraying after heavy use)

  • Unauthorised repair or disassembly

6. How to Initiate a Return (In-Store)

  1. Bring the accessory, packaging, and receipt to our shop.

  2. Our staff will inspect the item (2–5 minutes).

  3. If approved:

    • Refund – back to card/cash/store credit

    • Exchange – grab a replacement or different item

    • Store credit – issued as a voucher valid for 6 months

7. Online Purchases

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery via phonespace.parramatta@gmail.com

  • Customer pays return shipping unless item is faulty.

  • Opened screen protectors, earphones, and adhesive items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons – stated at checkout.

8. Final Sale Items (No Returns, No Refunds)

Clearly marked on shelf/in cart:

  • Clearance / discounted accessories

  • Open-box or display items

  • Custom-printed cases

  • Gift cards

  • Hygiene-sealed items once opened (earbuds, screen protectors, skin stickers)
